Is WTT really owned and ran just by its original owner?
Yes, its just me (Kelsey), my mum, and our very small team sorting orders, enquiries, new lines, and everything in between. We appreciate and see every single order, so thank you so much!
How long will my order take?
We make most of our lines to order (not all). This means that we often need 7-14 days to make orders. We do try to be as quick as we can, and are always working to speed this up further for future orders. Once your order is processed, delivery is only around 1-2 working days.
How do I return?
Re-package your item, include your full name and order number in your parcel for return, and then post back to us. We unfortunately do not cover return costs. Please email/contact us before returning, just so that we can confirm the return first.
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us, and if we haven't already made/sent, then yes you can cancel.
How do I contact you with general enquiries, or about my order?
Email info@wattsthattrend.com or you can message us on social media (Instagram or Facebook). We also have a pop up chat box on our website, that we try to monitor as much as we can.
