By purchasing anything from our website, you agree to our terms and conditions, including our returns policy.

When purchasing from the site, please double check the items you have chosen, and the details you have input to make sure you are purchasing exactly what you want, and that your purchase is going to the correct destination, as changes are difficult and sometimes unable to be made once you have confirmed your order.

We reserve the right to refuse an order for example if the item you have ordered is unavailable or out of stock, if we are unable to obtain authorisation of payment, if there is an error in the product information including price or promotion, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. We will inform you if there is a reason we cannot send an item you have ordered, whether this be a problem on our side, or on your side. If we have already taken the money from you, we will fully refund this.

The images on our site reflect that of the item as best as possible, and we try to give you the best idea we can of the style and colour.

The price of an item includes VAT (or similar sales tax) at the rate we are responsible for as the seller.

Delivery and returns charges are not included in the displayed price of an item. Delivery and returns are extra charges. The price of delivery will be provided once you follow the steps to ordering your item, before you pay for the item.
